The following is a C&P from Adweek, Arguably one of Atlanta’s most creative shops. Anyone have any inside scoop or comments?

Huey/Paprocki is closing at the end of the month and the shop's co-founders both plan to open their own agencies. Ron Huey and Joe Paprocki opened the independent Atlanta shop in 1997. They shared the title of founders and creative directors. The shop has a staff of seven and billings last year of about $4 million. The two are dividing the shop's clients based on which of them had been the creative director on each account. They are splitting the shop's other assets, including an undisclosed cash reserve that both said they would use to finance their next ventures. None of the staff members will transfer to the new agencies. Both cited the split as amicable, but each described a different vision for his independent venture.
